Pepper Lunch Express: Pepper Meets Garlic

As I was looking for something to eat for dinner at Trinoma, I saw these bunch of people lining up at Pepper Lunch Express. I thought to myself it's worth to try, I guess.

I ordered what had caught my attention. This poster of their new product, Garlic Beef Pepper Rice (P168).

The waiting was quite long but as long as it arrived, the smell of the dish was really mouth watering. My wanting to taste it lengthen because I have to sizzle it my own way, as to what their caption said, where my mom did it.

The pepper rice was amazing but the whole dish was perfect. The taste of pepper and garlic aren't overlapping, it's more like each flavor are giving way with one another that I can't define if it's more on a pepper taste or a garlic taste. My guess....it's a pepper-garlic taste! Also, the sweetness coming from the corn kernels balanced the whole dish.

I recommend it to all of you especially if you're looking for that fresh, new and sizzle taste and trust me, you'll really feel full after finishing it.
